Terms &Conditions (iOS)

These terms govern the use of Glamora on iOS and subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Glamora. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and Digital Hive SP ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as Glamora.

These iOS Terms apply when you use the Glamora iOS mobile application and purchase subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)

If you purchase a subscription inside the iOS app, the transaction is processed by Apple using your Apple ID.

We do not process or store your payment card information for iOS in-app purchases.

Your purchase may be subject to Apple’s terms and policies in addition to these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscription Period: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

Price: The price of the subscription is displayed in the app at the point of purchase.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4. Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings: App Store → Subscriptions.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period (or trial) unless otherwise stated by Apple.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for iOS in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you may request a refund through Apple’s support channels, subject to Apple’s policies.

6. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with app functionality or security.

You agree not to upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content you provide), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Digital Hive SP and its licensors.

The Glamora name and logo are trademarks of Digital Hive SP.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms or misuse the service.

Termination does not automatically cancel your iOS subscription; you must cancel it through Apple settings if applicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these iOS Terms from time to time.

We will notify you of material changes via the app or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
