Photos and Images: When you upload clothing photos, we process and store these images to provide our digital closet services (e.g., wardrobe organization and styling features).

Device Information: We may collect device and technical information such as device type, iOS version, app version, and diagnostic data to troubleshoot and improve reliability.

Provide Services: To deliver Glamora’s digital closet functionality, wardrobe organization, and styling tools.

AI Processing: To analyze uploaded clothing images and provide automated categorization and styling suggestions (where applicable).

Improve Our Service: To enhance app features, stability, and user experience based on usage patterns and diagnostics.

Customer Support: To respond to your requests and provide technical assistance.

Security & Fraud Prevention: To protect accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain the integrity of our services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tooling), strictly as needed to provide the service.

In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased in the Glamora iOS app are processed by Apple via your Apple ID.

We do not collect or store your payment card details for iOS in-app purchases. Payment information is handled by Apple.

Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (App Store → Subscriptions).

Third-Party Subscription Infrastructure: We may use a subscription management provider (e.g., RevenueCat) to help us validate subscription status and entitlements across devices. This provider does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

Face Data Collection: Glamora uses the camera to capture images to analyze eye color, hair color, and skin tone to determine your personal 'color season'.

AI Processing: We utilize Google AI models to perform this analysis. Images are transmitted securely to Google’s infrastructure solely for processing.

Sharing & Third Parties: Apart from the technical processing via Google AI, we do not share face data with any other third parties.

Retention & Storage: We do not store your face data. Images are processed in-memory and are discarded immediately after the color analysis is returned to the app. We do not retain face data on our servers long-term.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

Your clothing photos are stored using appropriate security controls such as encryption and access restrictions where applicable.

We regularly review and update our security practices, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Access: You can request access to personal information we hold about you.

Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Portability: You can request a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable.

Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.
